CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy At Beauty Daycation Hair Nail Wax Spa, we understand that life happens. However, when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot always be offered to another guest. In order to ensure that our clients receive the best experience, the following policy has been put in place. We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Please notify us if you are running late. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing an appointment without notice may result in cancellation of the appointment and a 100% cancellation fee.
